very small room, no space at all, dirty bathrooms - need painting !
Location and a beautiful view over the cloister and thermal baths of Dioclesian. No traffic is heard. Free availability of the internet
Diry and repusling wall-to-wall carpets. Not very hygienic bathrooms. This is quite a pity as the hotel could amend these drawbacks very easily.
entrance, localization -closely to the metro, railway station and to the tourist attractions
Organization of the breakfeast- sometimes disaster!!!.Waiting 20 minutes for your table Menu- not exists i.e one juice , one pancake , no fruit , no cheese,no meet , yuogurt etc. . Absolutely should be changed.
Terrific location within walking distance of Roma Termini station. Facilities were minimal but sufficed for our stay there. Value priced.
Location near Termini Station is very usefull to move in Rome. Staff, cleanness and breakfast were ok.
Air condition in not included and costs 18 euros per day!!! There is no elevator and you have to go one or two floors by stairs (but the staff was very helpfull with carrying the bags up and down).
Location is a big plus ... 5 mins from Termini station, breakfast, good access to nearby tourist spots and restaurants. In absence of working AC they promptly arranged pedestal fans.
No elevators and rooms were on level 2 ... Poor wifi connectivity in room even with 1st floor router, air conditioner not working, Breakfast was same for all 3 days ... They can easily introduce some variety else it gets boring if you are eating same food every day! General upkeep of the room was bad ... Cupboard, TV platform and ceiling need repair. They have a old radio which doesn't work ... Remove and put a digital radio clock! Tiny bathroom and shower area.
The personal was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also really good with a variety of fruit. The placement of the hotel is ideal for those who comes for seightseeing. You can do most of seightseeing on foot. The railwaystation as well as the metro station is just 5-7min walking.
The hotel is quite shabby and under the construction. Air conditioning costs additional money.
The reception man speaks English very well and he was helpfull for planning trips. The hotel is in the center of Rome, but it is silent and has good parking facilities.
extra charge for AC, the wall must be varnish
Flexible personnel (first I wanted a double room, then a triple for half of may stay and then I had to leave earlier then booked). They were open to all my requests.
The breakfast (too sweet for us) and the wallpapers from the rooms.
Friendly Staff and close to transport facilities
Room with rather old and very dirty furniture and carpet.
The Hotel is located in a nice and quiet area in the center of Rome-500 m from Termini station. I have stayed in a room with direct view in Michelangelo cloister of Santa Maria degli Angeli. You can have this option via Booked.net
This is not a 3 star hotel. The rooms are very small, the bath is very small and the shower is just a stream of water and a hole in the floor. There is no elevator.
There is nothing to like in this hotel
The hotel furniture is very old and damaged. the complete hotel requires complete refurbishing. It was strange that the dinning room is outside the hotel. The service is poor. We had to stay the whole day without hot water. The hair dryer was broken and the fridge not working.
Proximity to transportation
The room is increadibly small, dirty, there is no shower stall (water goes on the floor), there is no radio or alarm clock, no elevator, no coffee maker.
